It may however be necessary to reschedule your appointment if you are running excessively late as we wish to provide you with a full appointment, whilst also honouring other clients scheduled appointments.
Our Outpost Hair cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice if a client wishes to change their appointment. This is to allow us to offer the appointment time to clients on our wait list.
